Booking Times & Early Arrivals
Your booking begins when you need our performer to arrive, NOT when you want them to begin entertaining guests!
If your event requires our performer to arrive early for check-in, call time, or for any other reason to wait until their appearance begins, that time must be included in your booking. Our performers always arrive ready to perform unless otherwise communicated.
We understand that event schedules can change! However, delays or schedule adjustments made by the event organizer do not extend the original booking window. Additional time may be available upon request and is subject to performer availability and additional fees.
To ensure a smooth experience, please communicate all arrival requirements, performance schedules, and event expectations prior to finalizing your booking.
Please confirm all required arrival times before booking and submitting payment. Once your booking is confirmed, we cannot guarantee early arrivals or extended appearances without additional fees and performer availability.
Outdoor Events & Weather Policy
We love bringing superhero excitement to outdoor celebrations! However, the safety and well-being of our performers is always a top priority. Our performers cannot appear outdoors in conditions that may compromise their safety or damage their costumes. Covered outdoor spaces, such as pavilions and tents, may not provide adequate protection from cold temperatures, wind, or rain.
Outdoor appearances are weather-dependent and may be canceled due to unfavorable conditions, including cold temperatures, heavy rain, thunderstorms, high winds, or extreme heat.
Outdoor appearances are subject to additional weather restrictions from October through April. During these months, we strongly recommend securing an indoor or climate-controlled alternative.
If unfavorable weather is anticipated, we will work with the event organizer to explore an indoor alternative or rescheduling options when possible. 412 Superhero reserves the right to determine whether weather conditions are suitable for a safe appearance.
We appreciate your understanding as we work to keep our superheroes safe and ready for their next adventure!
